An operating supply business, ready to scale.
Demand is established and the client relationships exist. We are building the activity into an industrial distribution business for West African mining operators.
Notice. It is neither an offer of securities nor a solicitation of investment.
The thesis
- Mali’s gold mines import most of their parts and consumables along long corridors.
- The 2023 law gives priority to Malian suppliers; Smartek is 100% Malian-owned.
- Smartek has supplied mine sites since 2017 and run its own telemetry since 2020.
- Funding would build inventory and local warehousing to serve larger framework agreements.
