In operation

What the platform does

A web-based tool that hosts content, delivers modules, manages access, supports learners and tracks their progress.

Courses and resources

The course is the basic unit: the teacher places resources and activities in it, by topic or by week. Any file type is accepted: web pages, video, audio, images, office documents.

Activities and assessment

Graded assignments, tests (single or multiple choice, true/false, numerical, matching, fill-in), branching lessons, chat, forums, wiki, polls and groups. Each activity has its grade, its visibility and its opening period.

Virtual classroom

Built-in video conferencing to open a course, give instructions or hold a live session, on tablets and phones as well as computers.

A role for everyone

Six predefined roles: administrator, course manager, teacher, non-editing teacher (tutor), student and guest. One account can hold different rights from one course to another.

Real learner tracking

The teacher knows in real time who came into the course, when, for how long and what they did. Reports give the history by group, student, date or activity.

Backup and reuse

A course can be backed up with or without student work, restored to create a new one, or reset while keeping its structure.
