Our model
How we deliver
One sequence runs through all our solutions: a digital form, a cloud database, mobile devices in the field.
Digital form
We turn your procedure, inspection sheet or questionnaire into a form: required fields, validity checks, skip logic, calculations, electronic signature, GPS position, date and time. The agent cannot enter an inconsistent value.
Cloud database
Forms are published to the cloud and collected data comes back to it. We compile, host, store and back up. Supervision is remote: you see who did what, where and when, and judge data quality while the campaign is running.
Mobile platform and devices
Agents work on phones or tablets, which we supply for each campaign. No connection is needed during collection: sending is deferred and data synchronises when the network returns.
No re-keying
Data is available as soon as it is collected. The step of typing paper into a computer, and its errors, disappears.
Geolocated sites
Every record carries its position: thematic maps and dashboards build themselves with no extra work.
Trained teams
We recruit and train enumerators, agents and supervisors, and hand over a user manual and an administrator guide.
Controlled reporting
Consultation and reports with controlled or open access by audience, and data kept available over time.
